Role of Ops Director
Our security team is closely monitored with the help of our operations director. The operations director’s duties include
- Managing the 24/7 Command Centre to respond to emergency needs of the security manpower base
- Monitoring supervisory checks to ensure compliance with Service Standards
- Monitoring the induction and customised training of new personnel for their deployment
- Carrying out Red-Teaming Exercises to test Anti-Penetration Abilities of site personnel at the clients’ premises
- Understanding the Latest Security Agency Competency Evaluation to assist the agency to achieve the best possible results
- Conduct After Action Review Exercises and write reports to furnish detailed incident reports.
