Comprehensive Customised Training for Security Officers

From security procedures and emergency response to crowd control and conflict resolution, we equip security officers to anticipate threats and respond confidently in times of crisis. 

Training includes:

• Carrying out a Citizen’s Arrest in a case of being in the line of sight of a Sizeable Offence.
• Refraining from Wrongfully Confining any person unless they are absolutely sure of the facts of the matter and that a Criminal Offence has been committed.
• Assisting in the Prevention of Looting of a Client’s Premises in the event of any Major Emergency.
• Assisting in the Orderly Evacuation of a Client’s Premises in an event of a Major Emergency.
• Refraining from performing CPR or using the AED if they are not adequately trained to do so.
• Adhering to the rules of Private Data Protection Act’s “PDPA” Directives.
• Not letting any Unauthorised Persons enter a Clients’ Premises without due permission.
